Why it exists

Most small businesses lose their best enquiries at the hours nobody can answer. The homeowner with a burst pipe at 11pm, the patient in pain on a Sunday, the person quietly comparing med spas after work — they land on a website, find nothing to talk to, and move to the next tab. That visitor was already paid for, through every ad, review and referral that brought them there.

The existing answers were all bad trades: answering services that cost hundreds a month, chat boxes that are free only because the owner sits in them, and chatbots that improvise answers no business would stand behind. Mazingi was built in 2026 to be the fourth option — an AI receptionist that answers only from the business's own pages, shows where each answer came from, and asks the qualifying questions each industry actually asks on a first call.
