Terms of Service

Terms that govern use of Mazingi

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Mazingi, including account use, subscriptions, generated content, published funnels, and your responsibilities when you use the product.

Last updated April 9, 2026

Use the product responsibly

Do not misuse the service, violate law, scrape the platform, abuse rate limits, or use the product in a way that harms other users or the service.

You control your campaigns

You are responsible for the source content you upload, the claims you publish, the leads you collect, and the way you use generated outputs.

AI helps, but you still review

Mazingi provides generation and readiness guidance, not legal advice, compliance review, or guaranteed business outcomes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mazingi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, if the account is used unlawfully, or if your use creates risk for the platform or others.

3. The Service

Mazingi provides tools for generating funnel assets from source content, scoring and improving those assets, publishing landing pages, capturing leads, and supporting follow-up workflows.

The service may change over time. We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, the campaigns you create, the landing pages you publish, the lead-capture practices you use, and the messages you send based on generated output.

  • You represent that you have the right to upload, use, and process any content you submit to the service.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it in marketing, legal, financial, or regulated contexts.
  • You must ensure your published pages, lead forms, and follow-up practices comply with applicable law, including advertising, privacy, and anti-spam requirements.

5. License to Operate the Service

To provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your submitted content and generated assets solely as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support Mazingi.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Mazingi to:

  • Break the law or assist unlawful activity.
  • Publish deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Collect or process personal information without appropriate notice, rights, or permission.
  • Interfere with service integrity, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer restricted systems, or bypass usage controls.
  • Use automated methods to overload the platform or extract data outside the intended product experience.

7. AI-Generated Output and No Guarantee of Results

Mazingi uses machine-generated output and heuristic scoring. Generated hooks, CTAs, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and conversion-readiness feedback are provided for guidance and workflow acceleration.

We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, legal compliance, or business results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before use.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe or other designated payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize charges consistent with the plan you select.

  • Pricing, feature limits, and plan terms may change in the future.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • If payment fails or your subscription lapses, access to paid features may be limited or suspended.

9. Intellectual Property

Mazingi, including its software, interface, branding, design, and proprietary product logic, is protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazingi is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazingi and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means the revised Terms apply to your use of the service.

14. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact the operator of Mazingi through the support or business contact channel made available with the service.
