Free forever

$0 / month · no card

1 AI receptionist, 50 conversations a month, and the full product — knowledge training, lead capture, appointment booking, the widget. Voice chat is available in your dashboard to test; publishing it to your website comes with any paid plan. Your first 14 days run on Starter limits so you can see it under real traffic; after that it keeps working free, forever. The free widget shows a small "Powered by Mazingi" badge — any paid plan removes it.

How to choose a plan

The only number that really separates the plans is how many conversations a month you expect, and the honest answer is that most people guess wrong the first time. That is fine — you can move up or down whenever you like, and going over never switches your widget off.

A useful rule of thumb: somewhere around three in a hundred website visitors will start a conversation once there is something there to talk to. If your site sees a thousand visitors a month, budget for roughly thirty conversations. Seasonal businesses should size for their busy month rather than their average one, because that is the month the leads actually matter.

A single operator or a new site

Starter is almost always right. One receptionist, 200 conversations, every feature that captures a lead.

An established local business

Business, for the higher allowance and the ability to run separate receptionists for different services or locations.

Multi-location or high traffic

Pro, when one receptionist per branch or per trade starts to make more sense than one that knows everything.

Agencies and resellers

Agency, when you are running receptionists on behalf of clients and need many of them under one account.

What counts as a conversation

One visitor talking to one receptionist counts as one conversation for that calendar month, regardless of how many messages it contains. A visitor who asks fourteen questions costs the same as one who asks a single question and leaves. We do not bill per message, per token, or per resolution, because none of those are things you can predict when you are quoting a job.

Testing in the dashboard playground is free and never counted. Neither is a conversation you take over yourself. The count resets on the same day every month and you can see exactly where you are against it from the sidebar, so the first you hear about a limit is never an invoice.

What happens if you go over

On a paid plan, nothing breaks. Your widget keeps answering and keeps capturing leads — we are not going to cut off a customer mid-sentence because a counter rolled over, and a lead lost that way would cost you more than the plan does. We tell you what happened and ask you to move up a plan for the following month.

There are no overage charges, no per-conversation top-ups, and no surprise line items. The number on the plan is the number on the invoice. On the free tier, once the monthly allowance is used the receptionist invites visitors to leave their details instead of holding a full conversation, so you still get the lead.

The trial, and what happens after it

Fourteen days, no card, running on Starter limits — 200 conversations and one receptionist. We ask for a card only when you choose a plan, which means there is no auto-charge to remember to cancel and no dark pattern at the end of it.

When the trial ends your receptionist does not disappear. It drops to the free tier and keeps answering, with a smaller monthly allowance. Every lead you captured during the trial stays yours, exportable as CSV, whether or not you ever pay us anything. Pick a plan when the volume justifies it.

No contract, no setup fee, no sales call

Every plan is month to month. There is no annual commitment, no onboarding fee, no minimum term, and no requirement to sit through a demo before you are allowed to see a price — which is why the prices are on this page rather than behind a form. Cancel from your workspace settings and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing period, and your leads, conversation history and knowledge sources move with you either way. Nothing about changing your mind is designed to be difficult.

Pricing questions

A chat is one visitor conversation in a calendar month, no matter how many messages it contains. Playground testing in your dashboard is free and never counts.

On any paid plan the widget keeps working — we never cut off your customers mid-conversation. We notify you and ask you to upgrade for the next month. On a trial or the free tier, once the allowance is used up new visitors are invited to leave their details instead, so you still get the lead.

Every paid plan includes monthly voice minutes for visitors who tap "Talk to us" in your widget — 60 on Starter, 200 on Business, 500 on Pro, 1,500 on Agency. They reset on the 1st. Unlike chats, voice is a hard limit: when the minutes run out the Talk button simply disappears and the widget stays text-only, so a busy month can never produce a surprise bill. Need more? Buy a top-up pack (100 minutes for $19, 300 for $49, 1,000 for $129) — those never expire, and your plan minutes are always spent first.

Yes. 1 receptionist, 50 conversations a month, and the full feature set — knowledge training, lead capture, appointment booking — for $0, with no time limit and no card. The only differences from paid plans are volume, team features, and the small "Powered by Mazingi" badge on the widget.

No card, ever, until you choose a paid plan. Your first 14 days run on Starter limits — 200 conversations and one receptionist — and when the trial ends you continue on the free plan automatically.

Nothing breaks. Your receptionist keeps answering on the free plan (50 conversations a month, 1 receptionist), and every lead you already captured stays yours. Pick a paid plan whenever you are ready for more volume.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from workspace settings. Changes take effect at the next billing period.
